Reservation Modifications and Cancellations
If a resort has been closed temporarily due to a severe weather event, impacted arrivals will receive an email notifying them of their reservation cancellation. Points and/or reservation fees will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days.
Please follow the instructions below to modify, cancel or make a new reservation.
Club Members

Hotel Guests
- Bluegreen Resorts: Contact your booking provider directly.

Package Holders

Reservations Through a Third Party (like Expedia) or a Timeshare Exchange (like RCI): Contact the booking provider directly.
