Hawaii has declared a state of emergency due to potential impacts from  Hurricane Lowell, Hurricane Karina and Hurricane Marie, which may affect your upcoming stay, including your arrival and departure experience. Please check back frequently for news on affected resorts and their operational status, as well as instructions for reservation modifications and cancellations.

Also, contact your travel service provider for updates, including flight, railway, bus or car rental modifications and cancellations. Finally, check the local transportation authorities for road closures and transit changes.

Reservation Modifications and Cancellations

If a resort has been closed temporarily due to a severe weather event, impacted arrivals will receive an email notifying them of their reservation cancellation. Points and/or reservation fees will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days.
