Hilton Worldwide Holdings has a new US$6.5 billion shareholder, China's diverse HNA Group*, which has purchased about 25 per cent of the hotelier from affiliates of Blackstone, with the stake covering Hilton and Hilton's planned spin-offs Park Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Grand Vacations.
