Kelley C. Godfrey has joined Carlton Fields as an associate in the firm’s property and casualty insurance practice group.

Charles Corbin, executive vice president and chief legal officer at Orlando-based Hilton Grand Vacations, was also appointed chief development officer of the company.

Julie Holmes was appointed president of JK2 Scenic, Apopka.
