New program provides support for those pursuing real estate licenses for timeshare sales with first cohort of graduates entering the workforce

ORLANDO, Fla. (Sept. 12, 2024) — Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. (NYSE:HGV), the premier vacation ownership and experiences company, announces the launch of a new benefit — the HGV Real Estate Licensing program — to provide support and resources for those pursuing a real estate license for vacation ownership sales. The program is designed for HGV team members to advance their careers in vacation ownership and aims to improve the gap in recruiting and retaining hospitality sales professionals across the industry.

Through HGV REAL, the company offers on-the-job time for team members hired into select tour guide positions, to prepare and study for their licensing exams and pre-licensing courses. Additionally, tuition reimbursement and tutoring from in-house licensed instructors are provided. The program has launched in states that require a real estate license to sell vacation ownership, including Arizona, California, Hawaii and Florida. During the program’s pilot phase, 96% of participants passed the initial licensing exam.
